In order to enhance communication and management skills of TKS administration, a Cluster Based Training was held for the principals, coordinators and teachers of TKS campuses of Okara region on April, 13th 2019. The qualified and well equipped trainers included Ms. Anjum Mumtaz (Academics Head) Ms. Ishrat Tabassum Preschool Coordinator, Mr. Shakeel, Subject Specialist English. The topics covered in the training session included: Classroom Management and Communication Skills, An Orientation to TKS New Primary Series and Teaching of Phonics and AV Aids for Pre-school.
The main objective of this training was to familiarize teachers with new the techniques of catering the needs of diverse students of the class. The participants gave positive feedback in post training evaluation and expressed their keenness to apply the learnt information and skills in their classes.
