Pre-Audit Training was conducted at the TKS Head Office by Dr Farah Naz to maintain the standards and implement the vision and mission of The Knowledge School Network.. The objective behind the audits is adding into the effectiveness and efficiency of school operations and to follow up on recommendations included in prior audit reports. The schedule of visits includes visits to 58 campuses for the month of May. Starting from the 9th of May, the audit team will include a Lead Auditor, Academic Auditor and Finance Auditor. The goal is to perform an effective and efficient audit and help TKS campuses achieve set objectives by providing them with information about the effectiveness of internal control and by recommending courses of actions which improve performance. An audit report will be shared three weeks after the conclusion of the visits.
