TKS Head Office training team conducted an on-demand training session on Saturday, 13th February 2021 at Habeel Campus in Lahore for the academic session 2021 – 2022. A total of 8 participants attended this training session.
TKS Head Office holds the view that capable and versatile teachers teach more efficiently. In order to ensure this capability, TKS academic trainers plan and conduct teacher trainings amongst various campuses all year round. The main objective of these training sessions is to provide an opportunity for TKS teachers countrywide to learn how to improve their teaching skills.
Head Senior School Jennifer Javed Khan and Head Preschool Ishrat Tabbasum conducted the training sessions, which were about phonics, arts and crafts and classroom management. All teachers who took part in this training were enthusiastic about learning new techniques that could be applied to existing subjects, which would allow them to impart knowledge in a stimulating fashion with regards to those subjects. Feedback from the principal and teachers was very encouraging and positive and they evinced their satisfaction with the training session. The participants assured trainers that the newly learned techniques would be added to their teaching methodologies.
