The Knowledge School Network Head Office conducted a Mega Event titled “TKS Academic Fest” in UMT Lahore Campus on Saturday 27thOctober, 2018. This academic fest was open to all TKS students of Grade 1-8 where they could participate in following competitions .i.e. Lingualetics Competition, Matholetics Competition, Art & Science Competition, and Tech Savvy Competition.
Lingualetics Competition focused on all the four major skills: Listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Matholetics Competition was designed to develop critical and logical thinking skills.
Art & Science Competition was designed to make them more imaginative and develop their research skills.
Tech Savvy Competition was to instill confidence for the application of the learnt IT skills.
These events were judged by most dignified PhD faculty members from UMT, Lahore. Such competitions are necessary to enhance students’ language, critical, logical and problem solving skills.
This year, the Academic Fest has attracted TKS community at large which included NWAs, Students, Principals, Teachers, and Parents. TKS Schools from all over Pakistan participated with enthusiasm and keenness. Around 250 participants were present at this event.
