Teacher training is important for both experienced and those teachers who are novice in the teaching profession. Teachers must get a hang of innovative pedagogy, interactive assessment techniques, and the use of differentiation in the classroom to enliven the teaching-learning process.
TKS Head Office recently organized a training on Teaching Skills for Pre and Primary School teachers.
The training was mix of series of interactive sessions on different teaching methods and practical sessions on how to implement the concepts learned in the classroom. Overall, it was very informative and useful training for all the participants. They learned a lot of new things which will help them in their teaching career. We are sure that this training will go a long way in improving the quality of education being imparted to our students.
