Dr Farah Naz is an educationist with an experience of 30 years in the domain of teaching, management and quality assurance in education. She has an MPhil in Educational Leadership and Management and a PhD in Education. Having served in all the provinces for various appointments including Azad Jammu and Kashmir, she amongst the pioneers of education franchising. Her quality assurance expertise has seen her spearhead quality assurance for various leading school projects. She is the author of myriad international and national publications in diverse areas of education and society. She has written syllabus books for key chains of schools and publishers and is also responsible for producing thematic Montessori books. She has remained a Master Trainer in various projects, imparting trainings in the areas of education project management, education quality assurance, education management, teaching management and methodologies, early childhood care and development, and early years teaching. In addition to this, she has also developed training manuals to bolster these sessions. She has worked on inclusive education and has studied the processes of higher education in fine detail, particularly the teaching-learning process. She has worked on research projects relating to innovative teaching, training needs of university teachers and teachers’ preparedness for effective online teaching during crises.
