Celebrated every year on the 25th of December in Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Day is a celebration of Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s birthday. The founder of the country, Muhammad Ali Jinnah is revered for uniting a country torn by communal strife and for ensuring a separate state for the Muslim brotherhood in India. After a decades-long struggle, he became the first Governor General of Pakistan after it came into being in 1947. His efforts for the country have indelibly embedded him in the hearts of people as one of the greatest leaders of Pakistan.
To celebrate his birth, TKS campuses conduct activities, draw up arts and crafts and perform skits that serve to inform, educate and edify students countrywide about the personality, achievements and life-long struggle of the founder of the nation.
