The annual observance of the International Day of Families will take place on 15 May 2019. This day is celebrated to create awareness about the importance of families; as families are the most intimate social unit and a foundation of a strong nation. In recent years, the structure of a well-defined family has gone through many changes, but one must remember that family is the first and the most solid pillar of support that one can lean on in times of sickness and sorrow, as well as celebrate with, in times of happiness and health.
On this day, TKS students can write an essay on ‘My Family’ or create a photo album in which the picture of every member is being displayed along with one line description.
