For Academic Year 2020 – 2021, TKS Head Office Academics Department has designed online training sessions for the continuous professional development of TKS teachers and Staff. The main purpose of taking this initiative is to provide maximum facilitation and consultancy to our Teachers, Principals and Staff. The topic of CPDP 1 is ‘The role of Pedagogical Tools in Active Learning’. In this training session, teachers will be introduced with the latest pedagogical approaches which fulfils the educational needs of 21st century students. ‘Pedagogy’ is an art of teaching. Teachers will be familiarized with the different teaching strategies to handle the diverse class and improve the learning outcomes.
